22nd Annual Colloquium of the IUCN Academy of Environmental

Científica del Sur Law School is proud to co-organize the XXII Annual Colloquium of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law, taking place on our main campus in Lima, Peru, from July 1 to 4, 2025. This prestigious global event will gather over 140 speakers from 38 countries across five continents, fostering an international dialogue on environmental law, climate change, and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.

As a continuation of this important week, we are excited to introduce the Academy of Peruvian Environmental Law, an exclusive post-colloquium program running from July 7 to 11, 2025. This academic immersion includes two days in Lima and three days in Iquitos, in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon. The Academy offers a unique opportunity to explore comparative legal approaches to environmental protection and biodiversity conservation through both classroom sessions and immersive field experiences.
